Orders can only be cancelled within a short window after they are placed, before they are processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In this case, you will need to follow our return policy after receiving the item.

If your cancellation request is successful, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
